We floated this on our Facebook page during Regionals weekend and actually had folks ask if they could get one. Would you want a Team CFAK Dark-Horse tee?

  • Deadlift 40% x 5, 50% x 5, 60% x 5

3 Rounds for time:

  • 40 Double-unders
  • 30 KB Swings 24/16kg (scale up to Double-bell snatches 16/12kg)
  • 20 Ring push-ups (scale up to ring dips)
