Due to the short week, Strength Cycle days this week will run today, Thursday and Friday.

This Friday will see the last classes held at the Albany Highway box, and during the moving mayhem on Saturday we’ll be sure to throw in the very last WOD over BBQ and beers. If you haven’t booked in yet please do so through the class timetable. We want to see everybody come in and share these moments.
