CrossFit Auckland athletes will be having another crack at CrossFit Games Open WOD 12.2 today. We've learned a lot from take one on Thursday night. Be sure to talk strategy with your coaches before today's effort!

Never short of excitement at the CFAK Box. PRs all over the place – well done athletes. Celebrate every success. Debs I’ve never seen you get so excited! Wish we had that on film.

It was so awesome being at the gym this morning, and seeing the effort put in by all the competitors. Its such a buz seeing everyone achieve so much, and everyone put in their all today! Huge congrats to everyone that competed, and it was so great to see the support of everyone watching and cheering the athletes on. Could not think of a more awesome place to train and be part of. Coaches, athletes and supporters…you all rock! Heres to even more awesome results in the WOD’s to come!

All of you girls inspired me so much. It’s quite awesome as an adult to have something for yourself that gives so much satisfaction and personal satisfaction when you achieve new things. I’m looking forward to work on my lifts this week.

Glad I was of use today, if next week contains a muscle up I’m afraid no amount of cheering will help me! Haha, ouch sore. Now noticing the return of my Annie calves, Fran arms and Games blisters and aches…
