Does anybody remember which WOD this was?
Partner WOD
For time:
- Run 1km
- 50 Burpees, swap every 5 reps
- Run 800m
- 40 Slapping Push-ups
- Run 600m
- 30 Ball-slam passes, there-and-back equals one
- Run 400m
- 20 Burpee roll backs, as a team, only one person working
- Run 200m
- 10 Unbroken Wall Balls each
