    Just did 400m of Burpees as penance for some bad eating this weekend, nearly killed me 15.54, no way I’m ready for The Mile…

    Sarah vs Richie in Waitangi Day WOD.
    Conditions: Overcast with a strong smell of old dog bones mixed with septic tank.
    Sarah came out in front (just) in spite of being attacked by Richie’s cat Giant Friend, who intentionally kept sitting behind my back on the sit ups. Thankfully I gave Dog a bone and Chicken was feeling sleepy so they kept to the spectator area.
    Sarah 7 + 15 – very proud of press ups!
    Richie 7 + 5 – very proud of Sarah’s press ups??? not so much

    It’s awesome that you guys are hitting WODs at home or elsewhere on the days you can’t train here, but because you don’t know what’s coming up in our programming you will likely from time to time program yourself in conflict to what we will be doing tomorrow or the next day. You may possibly keep programming to your strengths, rather than your weaknesses too.

    Did anybody else do today’s bodyweight WOD?
