A ‘goal oriented’ development program for CrossFit Auckland members as an addition to your existing training regime.
I AM CROSSFIT begins and completes with body composition measurements and a series of bench mark fitness tests. Over the course of six 75 minute training sessions, we focus on polishing your technique and further progressing your CrossFit skills in a hands on workshop environment, each training session finishing with a WOD keeping up the intensity you’ve grown accustomed to.

Program begins on Saturday 11th February for 8 weeks – strictly limited to 16 members.
