CrossFit Auckland new year celebrations will last until Wednesday! That means no classes til then, but it doesn't mean able-bodied folks shouldn't be hittin' a WOD! Far from it.

CrossFitters are generally a pretty disciplined bunch, but chances are many of you were “on it” last night. Perhaps some of you are still on it now (Stop now – you’re an athlete :))!

For those of us that did make it through to today in one piece…
