Antoinette's push-ups are definitely legit…

Team Tabata
In teams of two, complete 48 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. Perform 8 consecutive couplet-intervals of each of the following exercises:

  • A1) Wall Ball 10/5kg
  • A2) Sit-ups

Rest 1 minute, then…

  • B1) Ring dips
  • B2) Squats

Rest 1 minute, then…

  • C1) Burpees
  • C2) Ball Slams

Partner 1) will start on Wall Ball and partner 2) starts on Sit-ups. At the 10 second rest they swap exercises. Then at the next rest they switch back, continuing to flip-flop between these two exercises until each have completed 8 intervals of each exercise. They will then have a 1 minute break before moving on to the next couplet of exercises.

Score is accumulated total of all reps completed per team.
