KETTLEBELL FUNDAMENTALS WORKSHOP Presented by head coach Alex Porter this workshop covers fundamental Kettlebell movements that can be readily applied to the CrossFit GPP prescription.

Scheduled for Saturday 3rd December – 12noon to 3pm. We have 2 vacancies up for grabs. This workshop is open to anyone interested in maximizing personal performance and acquiring skills to be a proficient Kettlebell user. For CrossFitter’s, you will gain the ability to effectively execute basic Kettlebell exercises, quickly correct common errors, and safely perform Kettlebell training. In addition, it will open up a world of Kettlebell techniques that will enhance your CrossFit training.
