FIGHT GONE BAD 6

Last year's "Most Funds Raised" winner Jessica getting after it! She won a Sony PS3 for her amazing fundraising efforts, then turned around and donated her prize to Starship Children's Hospital!

“Fight Gone Bad 6” Benefitting Prostate Cancer Foundation of New Zealand.
3 Rounds of 1 minute at each station:

  • Wall Ball 10/5kg
  • Sumo Deadlift High-Pull 35/25/15kg
  • Box Jump 20″
  • Push-Press 35/25/15kg
  • Row (for calories)

Score the total number of reps (and calories) per exercise per round. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Use a continuously running clock. Total rounds for score.

    Well well, i won my first fight that went bad, thank you all for the great support you gave me during the event, it made me feel so proud to be part of such a great clud, i know i can do better and will.

    Sorry Alex & Lisa I was coming up to represent the Tron but a sudden death in the family made this impossible. Will be there next time & keep posted as CrossFit will hopefully be in Hamilton by the end of the year.
