Perform three 10 minute AMRAP’s, with exactly 3 minutes of rest between:
1. “MTL”
- 15 Hang Power Cleans 35/20kg
- 8 Muscle-ups
2. “Hummer”
- 15 Thrusters 35/20kg
- 8 Pull-ups
3. “BBM”
- 16 Pistol Squats
- 8 Ring Push-ups
