Jester’s Revenge
4 rounds for time:

  • 5 Thrusters
  • 10 Front Squats
  • 20 Back Squats
  • 40 Alternating BB Lunges
  • 80 Double-Unders

This is a Barbell Complex i.e. you do not rest the bar in transitions between Barbell exercises. Barbell load RX is 0.5 x Bodyweight.
