Jono's been with us a couple of months now and doesn't miss a workout. Come to think of it, he's always in the Mobility WODs too. That's the kind of commitment you need to forge elite fitness!

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time:

  • Snatch Balance 35/20kg
  • OH Lunge, alternating 35/20kg

  • 100 Wall Balls  20/16 (1 partner at a time)
  • 200 Ab Mat Sit Ups (1 partner at a time)
  • 100 Box Jumps 24″/20″ (1 partner at a time)
  • Both Partners Run 400 Meters together

*Starting 3 Minutes into the workout everyone does 3 Burpees on  the minute, EVERY MINUTE!
