“Fight Gone Bad”

I AM CROSSFIT folks gettin' after it!

“Fight Gone Bad”
3 Rounds of 1 minute at each station:

  • Wall Ball 10/5kg
  • Sumo Deadlift High-Pull 35/25kg
  • Box Jump 20″
  • Push-Press 35/25kg
  • Row (for calories)

Score the total number of reps (and calories) per exercise per round. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Use a continuously running clock. Total rounds for score.

    Congrats to all on FGB tonight. Few PBs and a good handful of members did FGB for the first time.
    If you weren’t at the box tonight – don’t worry you haven’t missed out. We’ll run another FGB day next week so you can give it a crack.

    …on another note, sorry if I killed the buz at the end of the class with my knee locking episode. Its something that we’re used to dealing with on a regular basis, and I just have to sit and ride it out. I’ve been very fortunate that it rarely happens in front of everyone. Short story is a very old knee injury and I’m waiting on a medical genius to solve my mystery. No luck so far. Its a literal pain in the leg :)

    Sorry to have concerned anyone.

    Lisa, its good to hear that your knee wasn’t a major (relatively speaking)…

    wonderfull job on running the class tonight, full house but it didn’t feel crowded.

      Thanks chuck. We realised later in the night that allot of members don’t necessarily know about my knee and we’re probably wondering what the hell happened.
