One of the coolest things we’ve got here at CrossFit Auckland is our CrossFit Kids & Teens fitness classes. We’ve been training kids and teens for nearly two years at our Albany facility, and are proud to be New Zealand’s first recognized CrossFit Kids certified program.
In this time we’ve developed children who have gone on to take top honours in their sporting fields, and many who weren’t sporty at all are now making amazing things happen. We’ve got some Kids who have been CrossFitting for the whole time we’ve been open, and they are little firebreathers!!

These children are learning valuable skills and habits for life! From functional fitness, specific to age and physical development, to sport specific conditioning, positive body image and understanding of functional human mechanics.
