“Tabata Something Else”
Strength
- Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps
WOD
“Tabata Something Else”
- Pull-ups
- Push-ups
- Sit-ups
- Air Squats
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post Loads and total Tabata reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

That was super duper fun, i had no coordination left in my arms by the end, so teaching my last dance class was rather interesting, i think my students found it quite amusing.

Well done to everyone tonight who redid the Games WOD 1. I think all achieved equal or better scores.

No. I did a knee friendly version. Got Excalibre out (15kg) and did it with low hang power snatch. Saved my knee the extra flexion. Got 6 rounds with 15kg. At the end, thought my forearms were going to pop off the bone.
BIG UPS to all you games crew and any members who did this workout prescribed. It looked horrible. Always the simple ones that get ya!!
Amazing when you watch the super elite do it literally unbroken at full speed… makes it look effortless.

Ha! Well that was unofficially two reps better than I got cuz, so, “off the record” well done!
Haha awesome – and even better all my squats where legit. I could see them in the globo gym mirrors every which way I looked. And, if I must say myself, they did look ‘Elite’
