- 15 Unbroken DB Windmills Left Arm
- 5 Unbroken Pistol Squats Right Leg
- 5 Unbroken DB Turkish Get-ups Left Arm
- 15 Unbroken DB Windmills Right Arm
- 5 Unbroken Pistol Squats Left Leg
