Jono's new to the club but he's all over it like a bad rash already!

As quickly as possible but with NO TIME COMPONENT, complete three rounds of:

  • 5 Unbroken DB Turkish Get-ups Right Arm
  • 15 Unbroken DB Windmills Left Arm
  • 5 Unbroken Pistol Squats Right Leg
  • 5 Unbroken DB Turkish Get-ups Left Arm
  • 15 Unbroken DB Windmills Right Arm
  • 5 Unbroken Pistol Squats Left Leg

Select a single DB for all exercises. DB for Pistol Squat is optional. If you break any set prematurely you must start that set (exercise) again. There is a 30 minute time-cap, but otherwise timing of this workout is not important – just complete the work. Post Loads to Comments.
