"Fight Gone Bad"

Michelle really wanted to do FGB again soon - thanks Michelle, great idea!

3 Rounds of 1 minute at each station:

  • Wall Ball @ 10/5kg
  • Sumo Deadlift High-Pull @ 35/25kg
  • Box Jump
  • Push-Press @ 35/25kg
  • Row (for calories)

Score the total number of reps (and calories) per exercise per round. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Use a continuously running clock. Total rounds for score.

    Yaaaaayyyyy!!!! Finally i reached the 3hundy club :) :) :) Super stoked with this mornings effort, last FGB i did about 248 and that was with the 22.5kg bar… Ahhhh only 5 days till sectionals now!!!

    the only part I didnt do prescribed was the push press, 20kg instead of 25kg and I’m totally gutted now that I didnt at least try :P at least i know for next time……..

    That was a tough day at the office.

    Morning: 3 x 10 OHS (only @ 30kg, working on technique), 3 x5 Back Squat (worked up to 90kg but technique started to suffer – this movement is a total shambles at the moment)

    Arvo: Max rep ring dips – 19, 16, 14, then hand stand practice, then 3 x 10 GHD raises & situps. Followed by FGB, kb snatch subbed for wall ball, pull ups for box jump. Score = 300. Really hard going, came close to tapping out at the end of round 2. Looking forward to dinner :)

    After a week off FGB was a tough one to come back to! Shoulders feeling weak in the push press but managed 201 Rx’d so pretty happy with the effort! Bring on Wednesday! :)

    5 mins Ball Slams – started on 5 kg changed to 6kg 1 min in.
    4 mins Pull Ups – Blue Band
    3 mins Ring Push Ups
    2 mins Shoulder Press – 8 kg DB
    1 min GHR Back Extensions
    Total 374
    This was a nice WOD!
