Put 20seconds on my previous time, but used the 2nd biggest box this time and also getting much better depth with the wall balls, so i’m happy

Alas I’m heading off early tonight for a weekend away, so no filthy fifity today. Had some strength work this morning though: 3 x 5 Push Press. Only managed 70kg, which is pretty poor considering that’s my 1RM max for shoulder press. Need to work on better integration of the dip & drive into this movement
That. Sucked.
Thanks to G-unit and Alex M for the motivation at the end. I needed it! My calf strain came back with a vengence 20 reps into the box jumps. Big ouchy. Should’ve stopped but I’m way too greedy.
Managed to get a lead on the other two going into the Glute-ham raises, then detonated. Big time.

A full 10+ minutes slower than my last effort. Bugger.
I agree with Alex, not a nice workout even worse for you with your calf strain.
first time i have done it as RX’d, time was somewhere in between 26 and 28

NASTY workout … but thats what CF is all about.
Enjoyed the mix up of displines …. hated the burpees … shit … even Coach B would have agreed with me there!!!
