“Isabel” only got 20 reps done at 10:05, at rx’d weight, as had to go to doctor’s to check out my lovely stitches in my cheek…
When I got back about 30mins later “Linda-Lish” 19:25 as rx’d.
Don’t feel fit or strong today. Might be the meds I’m on, or maybe the lack of sleep. Either way, I’m in a filthy mood…
