    Thx again to Coach Alex for my first workout Down Under! Coming from CrossFit Winnipeg, it was nice to come to a familiar place in not-yet-familiar Kiwiland, but it was great! **note to self: keep track of the seasons you’re travelling to (yuck for allergy season right now…never would have occured to me since it’s snowy in Canada!)

    and Taz (the wod, not the person) was awesome. After the oly cert yesterday we all went lighter and worked the squat-clean and split jerk, patiently!

    Biggy ups strawberry sundaes, and cincinatti pancakes to the masses.
    Thanks A.P for the advice today learnt a very valuble lesson……..sometimes and only sometimes its not always about puttin your name on the scoreboard sometimes as i found today slowing up tightning that technique and refining movements will help more towards your overall athletic ability.
    Take one step at a time dont bite off the whole stair-case.

    That WOD was very sickning! Messed me up metcon wise, and I now understand why they nicknamed burpee pull ups Pukies! Almost earnt a patch!

    yeah was great to ingrain the movements Coach B had instructed us to do over the weekend.

    Was good to get a sweat up and smash the mind thinking about the movement patterns not just getting it done!

    did i hear someone say birpees????
