    Its going to be nasty today!! This morning’s members have cleaned us out of strapping tape… any indication you think..?!?

    AND yep – the GIRL WODs are the nastiest. That’s why they call them “Nasty Girls”!

    And for all of you thinking about giving it a miss today…think again; I’ll be sending you even nastier home work if you No Show. I LOVE MY JOB :)

    Yea that sucked. Back hurt and stopped for stretches alot – probably cost me about 5 or 6 minutes (or maybe I woulda needed the rest anyway!) – 51:08 Rx’d

    Sneaked in under an hour. (gotta get faster at running!) Red band pullups for 3 rounds, blue for 2, 12kg kbs.

    That was hideously hard! Vann and Julieanne well done on persevering till the end. Truly an inspiration.
    42 minutes something. 16kg KG, RBPU. Had to stop to get the hands taped (again!).

    nasty little work out… Eva you do it or coach Porter swaps your kettle bell for a heavy one! :-) … If option two was a half marathon, I’d have taken it!! :-) haha

    Oh sweet jesus that was pure unfiltered organic filth.
    My preicous little paws are ripped to shreds thanks to the 150 pull ups and 150 swings.
    Great to share such madness with an elite crew and 1 tom selleck looking hairy caterpillar

    As always, a pleasure to train with AP, Tom Selleck and the Magically Montastic Monty. So happy I took loads off my last time, think I came in at around 41 mins.

    This WOD shredded me up! Then, Thursday comes along and I could hardly move my arms to my head. So I call Alex on Thursday afternoon and say “Alex I’m sore and can’t come” he says” No worries, come in anyway and we’ll sort it”. So I go in and the 300 Kills me!!

    Life is good!
