    Man Chuck would be so proud of everyone so far the bar is getting raised consistantly by the CFAK coaches and crew.
    Infact it makes me feel all emotional to be part of this madness CFAK and the growth on my top lip ROCKS.

    I wouldn’t be too worried about Chuck, if you saw Jamies time today you’d know he’s a WEAPON.

    FINALLY earned my Pukie Patch today working on a sub-20 Filthy Fifty. Couldn’t move/see for almost 10 mins after.
    Feel all warm and fuzzy now.
