Bootcamp
Team WOD, 3 Rounds for time:
- Burden Carry 400m
- 55 Push-Ups
- Team Log Carry over-the-shoulder 800m
- 130 Sit-ups
- 15 Burpee Pull-Ups
Reps are completed per individual, with each stage completed as a team, i.e. you cannot move on until your teammates are ready. If you are finished at any stage earlier than your teammates you must continue performing reps until slower team members catch up.
Time limit 40 minutes.
