Our training specializes in constantly varied functional movements that replicate the needs of daily life and sport; squatting, lunging, lifting, carrying and throwing. Group training classes and one-on-one coaching may include Kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball and dumbbell training, power-lifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and strongman style training.
Our services also include Nutrition, CrossFit Auckland Women – our women’s only fitness and nutrition programme, martial sports classes (MMA), Teens programmes and more.
All are welcome. You don’t have to already be an athlete to train with us – you just need to come with the right attitude, be prepared to work hard at whatever level you are, and have fun doing it!
